Constructive Feedback:
1. Shower was dry in Room 158- no water. Brought it up to the receptionist, and with a smirky smile she said “I’ll write it down” (I’m guessing she meant she would make a note for addressing/fixing), no apology.
2. Poor customer service from the initial encounter- attendants appeared fatigued, obviously lacking customer service skills. Later, called reception but received no answer.
3. Shuttle leaves 15min to and 15mins after the hour. Today, it was 0522 and still no shuttle. Eventually, the vehicle showed up filling up quick. And bc it is a first-come first-served service, some people were almost left behind (luckily, I believe, the hotel drove remaining passengers in a private car to airport).
4. Overall, a poor lodging experience. Hotel is a bit run down. Carpet kinda dirty/not vacuumed. Some pillows smelled not fresh.
5. Long-term parkade chaotic, felt more like a junk yard
