I booked a two-week stay through Expedia and the experience was catastrophic.
The room was severely defective, outdated, and dirty, with broken fixtures and neglected common areas (including mold in guest laundry). Management repeatedly ignored my documented requests regarding cleanliness and the defective room that caused physical discomfort.
When I raised these legitimate service failures, the hotel management did not resolve the issues. Instead, they became hostile, denied my requested extension, and their General Manager fabricated a false and defamatory allegation against me to shift blame and avoid accountability. This was a clear act of retaliation for raising complaints.
This property provides a hostile, substandard, and unethical guest experience. I was forced to relocate mid-stay due to the unacceptable conditions and management's retaliatory tactics. Expedia needs to take note of the properties it lists. Avoid the Sheraton Garden Grove – Anaheim South at all costs.
