We paid for breakfast with our reservation and when we arrived we had to pay an additional amount even though our reservation was for 5. We also had to ask everyday after they cleaned our room for 5 towels because they only left 3. Probably won’t stay there again. Hotel was not helpful with the breakfast situation nor was Expedia!

Had a horrible experince with my room while ataying at this hotel. The first night, there was no hot water for the shower. Went down stairs and front desk staff changed to another room on the same floor. Took a shower in the new room but the warm water turned cold. The next morning we went to disneyland to only come back at midnight and finding our room in a disarray. The bed was flipped upside down and the headboard was detached due to a leak in the ice machine room next door. They claimed they called me but there was no voicemail left. There was a private number that called but went straight to voicemail due to no service at disneyland. We called downstairs and the manager said we can come down and change rooms. This was the 3rd time. And top it off the manager had already ledt property. Which is NOT good customer service. Waited the next morning for property manager to arrive but couldn't wait till 9am since we were going back to disneyland. All they could do is give Marriott points since the reservation was booked through expedia so no refund given. Not happy with this property and will not being staying here again.

Hotel was clean for the most part. AC did not want to work even after maintenance tried to fix it. TV control did not want to work. Bedroom TV freezes and turns off. Rating it as average hotel lobby was nice and clean staff were friendly but it was not a pleasant stay as I had little ones with me and they were hot in the room and annoyed with the tv.
