Crawling guests in the room

Friendly and helpful front desk agents. Comfortable bed, good size room and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, we doubt that we would ever get back to this hotel because we found roaches in the bathroom floor and toilet and one little spider on our bed. And, one day, there was no cold water in the shower.

Pretty clean and good for pets

Nice front desk staff. Good breakfast. Location walkable to 4 or 5 food places. Bed's a bit hard but,clean with lots of pillows. AC works. Rooms smell clean. Indoor corridors that are quiet. Right next to a fun park for kids.

Good, but challenging!

The stay was okay, but not great. Upon my arrival I was preparing to go out to dinner. I went into the bathroom to brush my teeth and there was an animal (roach) running across the sink. Not a great first impression. Took it to the person at the front counter, she seemed a little surprised. But as I looked throughout the room there was a dead roach by the entrance of the front door. The equipment in the gym did not work. I reported it to the front desk clerk, and he said sometimes it works but they have been having problems with the treadmill. The staff was very polite, ad did their best. I would give them a A+. But the facility needs some work, and cleanliness is a must for the guest. My wife hate roaches so we left one night early.

So had a bad experience on the stay fire alarm went off very loudly at around 5am due to some customers smoking near fire alarm it was really loud and my family and I woke up and went down stairs to lobby it wasn’t a good experience given the interrupted sleep and also I have a toddler and he was very upset with the noise he was crying from being frightened

Good stay, close to lots of activity. Easy to find where to eat, shop and freeways. I wish the sheets were more plush or soft, like sleeping duvet covers. Dove products were plentiful. I enjoyed our stay would definitely try this place again. Breakfast included waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes and many bread options, cereals, etc. I like the 24 hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate self serve in the lobby, water dispenser too. My favorite detail was the pool, it’s indoors, clean and the hot tub was hotttt!
