We have stayed at this location the past few years when visiting family. We like that the rooms are large and allow enough space for all five of us and that breakfast is offered. We also appreciate how dog friendly they are, having taken our small dog along for the trip the past few years. There is plenty of space to walk her outside and doggy bags and trash cans are easy to find. However, the comfort of the room this time left us second guessing our choice to stay there. The pillows were absolutely terrible this time. They were way too soft, which caused them to smash down completely flat, offering no support at all. In addition, the shower head offered two settings: straight down the middle with needle sharp water, or all around the outside in a large circle with nothing in the middle. We may think twice before staying here again.

We love this location and property. We always stay here when we come to visit family. Breakfast was good, but run out of a few items both days. The rooms are really nice and big for our family of 6, but the beds and pillows need an upgrade. Staff is welcoming and helpful.

The AC did not work in the room I had the worst sleep, the toilet handle was broken, there was not clear direction nor did the front desk attendant let us know before hand where the extra sheets were for the pullout bed - he saw our kids. We got in at 1030pm and it would have been nice to have their bed ready but we had to call and ask for help.

First room they gave us was not non-smoking even though it was clearly marked that way. New room had hair all over the bathroom and kitchen. A random fork was still in the dishwasher. There was no ice bucket we just used a bowl from the dishes.

The staff mixed up our room and it took over an hour to fix. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The breakfast had very limited options. Not nearly as many options as other hotels even other hotels from the same company.

Great location and friendly staff. The breakfast was not very good as they didn’t take in account there were soccer boys at the hotel and very little food. Food they did have was not very good and we had to eat out breakfast.
