It’s……ok if you get a decent room

This hotel has been consistently either having missing items like TV in the couch area or has damage such as broken light switch plates. I have stayed in multiple room and every single fridge would freeze the drinks, especially vegetables. So it was difficult to store snacks. Almost every bed was uncomfortable and I feel this will be the last stay I have there. I have stayed at this hotel at least 8 times now. I can’t comment of the pool area as I never used those facilities. I will say the breakfast is really good on a positive note

Being a pet friendly hotel, I would like the management to consider designating rooms for pet occupancy or ask guests if they have allergies when they check in. The first night of my stay was terrible with my cat allergies kicking in. I understand that the hotel is undergoing renovations, carpets on the floors being replaced, but the dust inside the room (TV stand, nightstand) is a bit too much.

All was good until 8am when they decided it was a good time to start using power tools and pulling up carpet right outside my door. I asked for a quiet room when I was checking in since I was checking in really late and wanted to sleep in for a while in the morning

Unfortunately our room was dirty - hair on the sheets and pillows cases Walls needed a wash from food splatter Nothing was dusted The bathroom needed a clean Towels were stained with brown marks Then when I went downstairs to the front desk - they didn’t have change so I could buy a pop from vending machine

Beds are terrible

The service was decent at check in. The mattress must have been from when it was first built because it was saggy and very soft. The toilet was so low to the ground that it was like visiting an elementary school bathroom. Tub was slippery like the cleaner had not been completely rinsed out. The room smelt good and the breakfast was alright. The pool area was not working when I was there.
