The staff failed to accommodate my room requirements at check-in, even though an appropriate room was clearly available. I was told the hotel was fully booked and assigned a first-floor room with one queen bed next to a busy street, despite my confirmed reservation for two queen beds. Only after I returned to the front desk and insisted they review my reservation was I moved to a second-floor room with the correct bed type.
Breakfast was poor, with very limited variety and low quality. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to poor room management and subpar breakfast service.
