The young lady at the counter on the morning of February 1,2026 was very rude, We wanted to catch the shuttle back to the airport to pick up a rental car. She said we could only use the shuttle if we were catching a flight. we had flown in the night before late and it was too late for their shuttle to the hotel. We ended up catching a ride with a couple that had called a Uber. Very disrespectful!

I booked the property because I needed airport shuttle. After booking I was notified to give 24 hour notice to get a late arrival pickup, which I did, but was informed they don't operate that late and to use UBER. There were no UBER drivers available so I was stuck. A stranger gave me a ride to the hotel but when I got there the door was locked. I pounded on the door for several minutes until someone finally came out and let me in. Very scary.

The dtaff helped my sister and by keeping our luggage by the front desk while we returned our rental car to the airport. We had 4 suitcases and they were heavy lifting in and out of the car.
