As soon as we walked up we realized that the key pad for entry was broken. Once we walked in we noticed a fogger that was left in the middle of the room. That told us that they did not clean the room fully between customer stays. The mini fridge was missing parts and the A/C did not cooler than 75 degrees. The bathroom sink did not drain unless you manually lifted center piece in the sink. Lastly the toilet overflowed on the second use. I had gotten the best room that this hotel has to offer. Top floor with a view that overlooked the water. We were suppose to stay for two nights. We contacted the front desk about our issues and asked for a refund. They told us that because we got the room through hotels.com that we would have to take it up with them however they would leave a note for the manager to approve the request for a return. We decided to leave after only being there for a few hours and cancel our next night there. The hotel eventually declined our request for a refund on our stay even for the night we did not stay. I would highly recommend never staying at this location. Hotels.com should not do business with this hotel. This location is a 0 out of 10 because of cleanliness and customer service.
