They had the wrong room when we checked in gave us a room that was much worse than ended up switching us to a room. That was much better a couple days later but just a disaster of an experience. I will not stay at this property again. Air-conditioning was leaking Below our standard definitely

Stayed for Mother’s Day weekend, great room, excellent service, we spent most of our time in the pool, they had a DJ, wife and kids had a blast!!!! The pool staff was awesome, the server Manuel took really good care of us!!!! I recommend anyone that stays there to look him up, great guy!!!!! Hotel is in a great location and they offer several different things to do!!! Way better than the other hotels around like Hilton and four seasons!!!!! I could have stayed on any other but the W is way better!!!

Frustrated because i asked for microwave and did not get it the day i asked for it. I had to ask the following day. Upon checkin we supposed to get free 2 drinks but we didnt, chase had me protections fraud so the u tried to charged another $300 the day we are checking out and another multiples $5.00 caused me to wake up 5:40 am and go downstairs , and fix the issue . The lady who helped me very nice though and if we ever go back it is because of her customer service she provided… but not happy to wake up so early … wish there’s a way for them to do it another way not so early in the morning. Today we got charged a other $34 for mox bar when we are not in the hotel anymore and when we did not order anything.

BED BUGS in first room we were assigned.Also, there was hair all over sink and "fresh" towels. We just grabbed our stuff then waited for almost an hr to be switched. 2nd room had no bugs but the carpet was disgusting. Microwave handle was broke..DUMPY AT BEST..the lobby, pool, outside area are all supe nice..the horror show starts in your room away from public eye lol. Waste of money.

Excellent service and facilities. We had a small problem with our room and the management was quick to solve the problem for us. Raul was especially helpful and is an excellent manager. He made our stay extra special and we will be sure to return.
