We had such an incredible stay at the W Fort Lauderdale! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and over-the-top helpful with recommendations, reservations, and anything we needed. It truly felt like they cared about making our trip special. The location couldn’t have been better — right by the beach and close to so many restaurants, shops, and nightlife spots. It made it easy to relax during the day and have a wonderful, fun time exploring in the evenings. The overall vibe of the hotel is stylish, lively, and perfect for a getaway. Room 911 bathroom toilet not working , moved to another room a suite the best they had no air conditioning 80 degrees in the room That on top of no pool (closed for repairs ) Still charged the amenity fees per day tho

Room was clean and very nice. Main complaint was the main pool was not open. And the side pool did not have any ongoing service. We stayed for 4 days and the pool did not open during that time period.

Hotel is always amazing, service, concierge, valet, room, view are always great and amazing. What was unfortunate was being put in a room next to the elevators and elevator mechanical room. All was good until about 2/3am when in a dead sleep you hear the elevators whine going floor to floor. Very unfortunate bc this was and is always an amazing hotel to stay at and have never had issues here before.

We had a wonderful stay at the W in Ft. Lauderdale. Our room was kept very clean. All the staff was friendly and very helpful as needed. The facility itself was very clean and stylish.
