Rooms are only clean every 3 days . They are gonna say whenever you request it to be clean it can be clean . And when they do clean they only spread the bed and change towels. That’s the only reason you didn’t get the 5 star . Otherwise the hotel was clean. You need the say the hotel don’t accept cash. Only card

The room was out of cold tap water. It seemed front desk did not care about it. Reported to the front desk and kept complaining four times and got fix until the second day. Cockroaches were found in the room, and no hangers over there. Booked a room with two queen beds but actually there were only two full size beds. Terrible experience and won't book them again.
