I have stayed at this hotel before Covid and I have to say that it has gone downhill. It is due for updating. The shower area was disgusting with mold both in and outside. The breakfast was mediocre with no fresh fruit and limited offerings. On the positive side, the location is convenient to airport and cruise port. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. All were friendly, courteous and helpful. They always had a smile.

The staff was wonderful and friendly and the breakfast was yummy. The room was very worn out with holes in the carpet. It needs some refurbishment. It was clean but in need of some TLC.

The Hyatt is tucked away, and a little place that makes it almost a haven. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean, the staff members are friendly, and it’s close to just about anything you need in the area. The hubby and I stayed before and after a cruise. We left our car there for a small fee. When we came back it was there waiting for us, safe and sound. There is a free breakfast every morning that is pretty good but there are several restaurants in the area, even a Publix less than 5 minutes away in case that’s not what you want. The cruise shuttle comes hourly to the hotel and is reasonably priced as well. There is a pool, a fitness center with different machines, lots of tables for eating or socializing inside and outside. As for the room…it’s big and clean. We had the king that had a pull out sofa bed which is a great option if you are staying with family. For us it was a good place to eat dinner and watch TV after going to the theater. I would stay there again.
