My reservation was messed up by either Expedia or Hilton (recieved a confirmation from both). Did not get the room I booked months in advance and Hilton management was not accommodating. While unpaid for two nights and was at the front desk straightening out their mistake, my card was deactivated and I could not access my belongings. Then was asked to switch rooms to a room that did not have the balcony or view in which I paid for and was inconvenienced for almost 3 hours while they got my new room ready. Horrible management and although the property is nice, I will never stay there again.

This hotel was right next to several cute restaurants, ice cream, beach store and tbe beach! We had an ocean view room with picture perfect sun rises on tbe 4th floor. The rooftop was also great for relaxing with a drink amd more ocean views. The pool was also beautiful and the perfect temperature. I highly recommend!!

My son and I enjoyed our stay. The amenities are convenient and location is wonderful for a stay in Pompano Beach. Only steps away to great restaurants, playgrounds for the kids and of course, the beach. Very friendly staff as well. We look forward to returning.

Hotel is nice, location is great. Front desk lady that checked us in was rude, unfriendly and condescending. Same night we had an issue with or key card and then again she was rude and seemed bothered when we approached her. Not the right person to represent your hotel. Our AC unit was very loud and there was nothing they could do to fix it. They also had a very loud party on the rooftop with a DJ until 10 PM, it was very loud including inside the room. We would not stay in this hotel again.

Lovely location close to pier. Nice property with warm pool and great breakfast. Room good size with balcony overlooking ocean. Difficult to get service and hallway carpets were not vacuumed full of garbage on floors

Okay but a little misleading

Nice remodeled hotel Parking is not good or convenient We paid extra for rooms facing the ocean and all we saw was an apartment building and pool

This is a reasonable option in Pompano Beach. It is very close to the beach, restaurants, and easy parking about the property and the rooms are large. The level of finish is rudimentary but this is an adequate venue
