If you were to use the word minimalist, then this would describe this hotel in all it's simplicity that is in line with the price. However, of you were to evaluate a hotel in proximity of an International Airport, it would be prudent to raise the hotel' d image by upgrading the facilities with a corresponding raise in the price. The upgrade and proper marketing will invariably justify the means of attracting more transiting pax and resulting in more favourable reviews

The hotel was not able to get my room cleaned in time for me to check in. The first room was noisy and they provided another room. The room has roaches and ants. Dated room. Quite disappointing especially it’s a premium room.

The premium room smelled mouldy and there were small insects in the safe. The room could use better lighting as well. Not worth the premium pricing I would say

The place is literally attach to KLIA 2 airport which make it very convenient, though the sambal for nasi lemak was very bad, other than it was delicious

Arrived at 1.55 advised couldn’t check in until two , even given the wrong room . Bed was not king was two single beds pushed together . Very noisy room with loud noise all night from generator . No fridge for medication, no kettle for hot water, lacked in basic room facilities . Over priced for what it is but I’d close enough to the terminal . Didn’t have a good night sleep here . Reception staff were nice and friendly but probably over the complaints . Nice enough outside sitting area . Main let down is room .
