We stayed at the one inside customs/immigration for a 6-hour layover. Perfectly adequate for a stay, there is food in the lounge and with a priority card, it is free. The hotel is relatively quiet considering that there are people likely going in and out at all hours of the day. Friendly service and decent rooms. It isn't anything to write home about, but works well when you have a layover at KL.

Very convenient hotel situated inside the terminal after security which means you can rest and shower here while waiting for your next flight. They have a lounge area where you can eat - you can use your Priority Pass so that you can eat for free. You can book in blocks of 6 hours and then you can book additional hours if needed.

I stayed here overnight between flights.My check-in was not a problem. The receptionist asked me if I would like a wake-up call in the morning. I replied that I would and gave her a time. This wake-up call failed to happen.It might pay guests to not to rely on these wake-up calls. My sleep was disturbed by the noises through the paper-thin walls. I heard what appeared to be a cleaner in another room at about four o'clock in the morning.As well, I was able to hear others guests coming and going. Sadly, some guests are not considerate towards others. This hotel is perfect though, for stays between flights.
