Overall, for the price, it was great. Our first night/day, we woke up to having no running water in our room at all. I called the emergency number and they offered to put us in another room or we could wait a few hours and it would come back on. We opted to wait and sure enough, by midday we had water again. The sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean and the kitchen was clean. The parking was convenient. Although it’s near the boardwalk, there weren’t the greatest options in terms of food and shopping. It was crazy expensive just for a small, not fancy lunch. Keep an eye on your bill at these boardwalk restaurants because they include the tip on your bill and then again prompt you to leave a tip. If you’re looking for somewhere that is, for a reasonably low price, clean inside and close to the beach, I definitely recommend :)

This is a slightly older property that they are renovating to make it more accessible. We enjoyed our stay but we wished we had booked a suite with a kitchen as we didn’t want to eat out all the time and we wanted to make coffee in the morning!

Stayed here several times over the years and it’s always a good stay. Crisp clean linens. Pleasant staff. Location is fantastic. Great beach locations in the center of everything. Parking is cheaper than some places $12 a night. Great value for the price. Thanks again for a fantastic stay and always making us feel welcome.

Room very old, hasn’t been kept up at all. Tape loose, shower/tub not clean.Positive it’s very close to the beach & many restaurants. Ok for just a 1 night stay.
