This is in a great location, easy to walk to the beach and many restaurants on the boardwalk to choose from. The downside, parking is confusing and the office I had to ask where it even was at. The unit itself had good and bad features, the floor was dirty ( our feet was black on the bottom) and only one burner worked on the stovetop. We were only there for one night so made it work. It has a pool which the kids enjoyed but would probably look elsewhere for a longer timeframe.

Nice, quaint property located a few steps from the boardwalk. The staff was nice and offered some good suggestions for places to eat and things to see. We enjoyed our room in Building 8 - very close to the beach. Nice apartment sized fridge in the room to keep our drinks cold! Very good location on the A1A and would recommend to anyone looking to find an affordable room in a great location!

Close to beach

Great location and good for a night before a flight. Lots of eating and short walk to the beach. We could not get wifi to connect to use our devices even after calling the front desk for help. Due to the t.v. being connected to wifi to be able to use, we were not even able to watch that. This was disappointing for us. The water for the shower had to run for a minimum of 10 min for hot water to run. If you want a clean bed and location close to the beach for a good price this is the place for you. Due to some glitches for us, one night before a flight was fine.

Get room 55, with the mini kitchen. Coffee maker, fridge, stove, dishes. Not sure the name of this one if it's considered a suite but it's not bad. It's no 5 star resort but I've stayed here a few times and it's good enough for a night and very conveniently located.

if you are looking for a hotel, this is not for you. The location is prime, and the staff is helpful. The property is a multiple old and beat up apartments that are being rented as a hotel. If you are looking for beach access and do not care about the rest, this is for you.

Adorable hotel. This is a great location close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and quiet. It was a little confusing in the beginning because there are several buildings, but once we got it figured out, it was easy. The only negative was a big bright light right outside our window. It lit up the entire room.

Room was clean. Furniture old & beat up. Sofa bed in living room very squeaky. Refrigerator made ticking noise, annoying when trying to go to sleep. Window air conditioner loud, no tv in bedroom. Pool water was cold, not heated. Staff was friendly. Location very convenient for boardwalk & beach.
