The hotel is situated in a nice area. Unfortunately there's no longer a shuttle service available. I had stay here before which why I returned but I wont be back. The housekeeping is atrocious.

I would not stay here again. The hotel needs updating. The cable doesn't have a guide so you don't know what channel you're watching or what's available. Housekeeping took my towels but didn't leave new ones so I ended up drying off with a hand towel while waiting for replacements. Ice machine only available on one floor. The clock didn't work and there were limited plugs for charging devices. I was disappointed with my stay. I expect for more from IHG. The worst Holiday Inn Express I've experienced. Although, my husband said the coffee was very good.

My stay was just okay. There is a $3 per night parking charge and $2 fee to collect packages delivered literally minutes before pick up. Served its purpose for a quick trip but I can’t help but to feel nickel and dimed.

Excellent stay – highly recommended! This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. The property is very clean, located in a safe area, and perfectly situated—just a short drive from Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall. There are many restaurants nearby, and the streets around the hotel have very little traffic, which makes getting around super easy. One of the highlights is definitely the breakfast: it’s incredibly well-stocked with a great variety of options—cereal, eggs, omelets, pancakes, bread, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, and even cinnamon rolls! We truly appreciated the quality and service. We’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Everything was OK. Breakfast was repetitive and when the person in charge of it was not on Sunday, it was a mess. We have a situation of a couple fighting on the next door room and when I called the front desk at 1 AM in the morning, the staff told me to call the police if I wanted them to stop. I was a ok overall experience, but I may not consider this hotel for my next trips.
