The hotel staff was amazing. The hotel shuttle driver Jeff went above and beyond to insure my daughter and I had a safe ride late at night from the airport. The check in agents were so welcoming.

The room was not spotless, the floor needed to be cleaned better. The main problem was the toilet had them up twice and they said it was fixed , but still backing up. Called them this morning and was told maintence doesn’t come in until 930 or so. Not sure why there's not a maintence guy 24 hours or at least get here by 7.
