The sofa in the room was too disgusting, stained with blood or something that looked like that. And the aroma inside the room is too much for a small place. The breakfast was great and the staff are pretty kind.

I chose this hotel because my flight had been cancelled and I needed an airport hotel. I obviously didn’t have a car, and I was injured. It was hard for me to walk to the nearby restaurants. There were no crosswalks nearby either.

Our shower faucet leaked and ran the whole time we were on site. We were only at the hotel roughly 36 hours so we didn’t think it was worth us missing catch up on rest to have maintenance check it. The sausage at breakfast was the most flavorless thing I have ever tasted. Housekeeping and desk staff were great.

Everything was fine except our beds. The pull out couch for our oldest son was horrible and not useable. The mattress was so slanted and thin. He had to sleep on the floor. One of our queen beds was so squeaky it kept us all up at night. I’m sure the Holiday Inn corporation can afford new mattresses for their rooms especially with the cost of the hotel stay.

Staff was very friendly (especially Vesna). They not only helped us with the hotel services, but also guided us about local siteseeing, dinning, and shopping places. We were able to drop our bags early in the day and go out for lunch and completed checkin thereafter. Room was spacious, beds were very comfortable, bathroom was well maintained. It did become a little busy during breakfast and we had to wait to get a table but I think the rush was due to the peak holiday season (Christmas week). Breakfast menu was average for vegetarians. To make it better and worth the wait for Vegetarian guests, my suggestion would be to add a few more ‘hot savoury’ vegetarian items (e.g. hot meshed potato/hash browns, Idli/Sambhar, etc). That said, the oatmeal and pan cakes were really good!
