Was a nice place to stay, valet parking was can get costly but the staff were friendly and easy to work with. Front desk was great, very polite, knowledgeable, room was nice but I wish there was a map of the room numbers to see which had balconies and which did not. Chairs in room need deep cleaning or replacement...lots of stains. Pool was great, beach was the best, the beach chairs and umbrellas were clean and in good condition. Restaurant is not run by facility but staff were nice, food was so so. All in all we had a great time and this is a nice place to stay and we will be back.

Poor signage to identify hotel location, no option for self park whatsoever, our specific room would not darken for sleeping due to hallway light coming thru entryway door, bathroom door swung into very small bathroom making use difficult for two persons and large tv placed to right side of bed…very awkward.

Enjoyed our stay!

Great stay. Right on the beach. Our room was very bright, clean and comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly. Parking is valet only which I was aware of and quite common in the area. Restaurant was overpriced especially for drinks by the pool. But handy for breakfast the day of departure. The pool and beach were lovely but the weather was too cold during our visit to enjoy. I would stay here again for a quiet, relaxed get away.

The location was quiet but beautiful. Our room had a small terrace with ocean view. The furnishings are new and modern/minimalist, on the small side. It was a perfect place to stay, although I would suggest some upgrades or improvements. Better lighting in the room, more variation in the menu in the hotel restaurant, retrieval of valet parked car faster. Overall it was an ideal place for us to stay. I would book it again. The value is obvious.

Property was beautiful. Right on the water with a private beach. Pool and gym are great. The whole building is updated and in great condition. It’s a bit far from dining and shopping centers and the traffic can be difficult at times. Also you do pay for valet/parking so be aware. Staff was helpful. Room is minimalist but great.

Once you arrived it felt like you were being gouged for extra fees. They have two small ropes on the beach and if you are within that you can’t bring your own food or drink. Parking they make you feel your only option is valet and won’t say you can park on the street, although limited. Pricey when dealing with the extras. Rooms are small but well equipped. Wasn’t a bad experience but felt like you paid too much.

The hotel itself was very nice. However, the restaurant, Ya Mas, at the hotel is very overpriced. You cannot bring outside food into the beach or pool area and therefore, must buy food from the restaurant, which again is very overpriced. Everything is an additional cost - beach chairs (and you can’t bring your own), bikes, water etc. You have to pay to park at the hotel which is $25 a night. However, we got there early (1 pm, as opposed to the 4pm check in time) which caused them to charge us an additional $25, even though we still were only parked at the hotel for 24 hours. I would not stay here again due to the extra amount of money I had to spend just to be able to use the facilities of the hotel.
