They set the fire alarm off 8:00 am and didn’t announce it was a drill and told everyone evacuate the phone in the room doesn’t work to call the desk and the manager was very rude about it it didn’t care

Usually this is my go to hotel but my last trip was very distasteful and the front desk manager Patrick wasn’t so helpful I don’t think I will be booking this hotel anytime in the near future thanks to the poor service I got when trying to do and early check out due to medical reasons.
