It was so simple to get from airport to hotel with their shuttle. The young lady at the desk that checked us in was so sweet and friendly and helpful. If I ever come back to the area I will stay here. Room was clean and comfy! The bed was very comfortable. The overall area was so convenient to restaurants and stores. PERFECT PLACE!

Nothing special about the hotel but the woman who checked us in was fantastic. We booked super last minute with Expedia (against our better judgement) after getting stuck in Fort Lauderdale en route from Guatemala. Sure enough when we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had no rooms and that Expedia oversells all the time. We had been travelling 40 hours at this point so we weren't too pleased. The woman at the desk, whose name I wish I remembered, worked some sort of magic and sorted a room for us. She took us to see it before we committed because Expedia doesn't give refunds. She was an absolute rock star! Room was clean enough, close to the airport and reasonably priced, relative to others. Staff was class.

Property had a very unpleasant smell, especially my room. Biggest complaint was that I had to use Uber to the airport because the shuttle driver was very late for the 6am shuttle. Proximity to airport and shuttle service were the main reason I chose this hotel. Very disappointed.

Convenient from the airport. Free parking was a plus! We got in late (1am), but got immediate desk service. Missed the breakfast because we woke up after 9:30am, so can't rate that. Just wish I could've gotten a juice or milk from their (locked) fridge. At least McDonalds was steps away. At any rate, the room and the sheets were clean, the shower had great water pressure and it was inexpensive for a quick flop. I would stay here again!

Had a late flight arriving at 11:30 pm, booked this hotel because their website said they had 24 hr shuttles from the airport, not true, called at 11:30 pm when I arrived and was told the shuttle was done for the day, had to find other transportation
