Property does not have a reasonable dedicated area for breakfast. The available space is small and crowded which does not provide for much privacy. Also it is located at the entrance to the motel just across a narrow hallway from the customer service desk. In general it was clean and a section of the building was under renovation. The motel is located in a not very desirable area of Fort Lauderdale, however is very close to the Airport.

There was nothing online stating that they were doing construction. or at check in. i drove 11 hrs and needed to sleep. after continual banging i complained, and then i was shown a statement to the right on desk about construction. then told the noise will stop at 5 . then continued till pass 6 . an the whole place smelled musty. i will not be back
