Very relaxing, beautiful setting with excellent dining and coffee on site. Two large heated pools with towel and beachside chair/umbrellas included in resort fee. Excellent, accommodating staff in very well run and maintained property. We will be back!!!

Pros: beautiful beach front room view! Great restaurant on site, 2 heated swimming pools, pool towels and beach loungers. Mini fridge in room. Cons: $18 fee for parking, not mentioned in the listing. Bath towels felt like sand paper when drying off. The laminate floor in the room felt as if it had been mopped using an oil based cleaner. The coffee maker was VERY loud and single serve pods (NOT eco -friendly). Old hotel, renovated DIY style. Overall it was a good stay, but the listing photos make it appear to be "luxurious". It is not. However, friendly staff and beach front was nice. Also, I called the day of check in and was told I could check in early at 2:00pm. We amended our travel plans for this adjustment, but upon arrival we were told our room was not ready. Not cool, but they accommodate a late check out at noon, so that was nice.

I got violiantly I'll at Ligan airport 45 minutes before departure. I had to cancel my trip. Ended up with the Norovirus. The hotel wouldn't even consider reimbursing me for the 3 night stay OR offer a credit to go back

Stay overall was good, really liked the beach with complimentary towels, chairs and umbrellas. Liked the bar and restaurant attached as well, didn’t need to leave at all to relax. Room was decent, bed was comfortable and clean, wish it was more soundproof. They placed me across from the pool pump room and could hear it very loudly inside my room constantly. When asked front desk about it they said oh yeah it is loud, with no offer to change rooms or have any ear plugs. I also didn’t like that they didn’t take into consideration being a solo female traveler and placed me on the first floor.

If you have special dietary needs this place is not the place for you. Some staff were friendly and helpful while the other staff left lots to be desired; just like the property. The only thing going for this place is the beautiful view of the ocean.
