I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was polite and the place is beautiful. I’ll definitely be coming back! That said, the rooms could be a bit cleaner, and it would be nice to have a full length mirror in the closet area, since there’s definitely enough space for one.

The beach is worth the price alone. You can walk out for 100 feet with soft white sand under your feet and still be only chest deep in the warm ocean water. I think if I were ever stranded on an island, this would be paradise.

Our stay at the Beachcomber was excellent. Check in was easy, room was ready, food was great, and the staff was friendly. Would recommend the Beachcomber to anyone going to Pompano Beach.

I feel like the reviews I saw when purchasing are not accurate. As someone who works in hospitality I want to be completely honest. The rooms are average like a holiday inn. The patio view was great. The property outside is beautiful. There was a lot of families traveling with small children so if your looking for a getaway from kids like we were, this is not the place. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from the pool area and the cleaning people during the day. Our room was located at the end of the hallway but I could hear the elevator from the other end at night . As a chef , the food is horrible it’s not even mediocre . The only thing good was the raw oysters. The drinks are high cost but terrible. The male bartender during the day is so rude , he made several comments on how he was quitting and made the drinks horrible . The staff up front is really not friendly , they don’t say hello when you walk in and if your like me with Expedia benifits they don’t acknowledge them. The atmosphere outside is 10/10 but everything else I believe you can get better at a holiday inn

To whom it may concern; My stay at this hotel was not good. Bartenders watering down drinks room 809 was not clean and dusty other people using the block your view to eat smoke weed and leave a mess on the beach.Staff never moved them from the beach comb property.

I liked the location, but there were a number of issues. The toilet overflowed twice. The balconies are all open so offer no privacy. They do have a happy hour, which included great specials. The bathroom was dated, the vent filthy. The bed comfortable the tv channels limited. If you are looking for a romantic place, which I was, this is not it. The bar, during the week is shut at 10. No cozy areas by the pool or on the grounds. If you are a family and don't care about that then, great, but it is pricey. There are a ton of extras, so not only the room but parking, resort fees etc. I think we could have done better.
