The staff provided exceptional service - warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better: centrally located in Florence with many major sites and fantastic restaurants just a short walk away.
The property is very clean and well maintained. As with many historic buildings in Florence, retrofitting modern amenities can be challenging, but they’ve done an admirable job balancing comfort with the integrity and charm of the original structure. Overall, an excellent experience and a place I’d happily stay again.
