I highly recommend this hotel to travelers that have children and are looking for a family hotel. I was quite impressed by the service of the staff, quality and variety of the breakfast and the rooms nice and clean. Special thanks to Delia at the front desk. I had an amazing stay at IQ Hotel Firenze — it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a modern and stylish design, but what stood out most was how immaculately clean everything was, from the lobby to the rooms. You can tell the staff take great care in maintaining the highest standards. Every member of the team was polite, friendly, and attentive, always making sure guests felt comfortable and well looked after. Their professionalism and warmth really added to the experience. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide range of fresh, high-quality options — both hot and cold — served in a bright, relaxed setting. It was the perfect way to start a day of sightseeing in Florence. Overall, IQ Hotel Firenze is a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

Overall this is a top notch property and we had a great stay. The breakfast buffet is top notch. Slight noise from the city train which is right outside some of the windows, nothing terrible. Staying in the historic areas was much louder as it is much busier in those areas. All in all a great stay.

Great place to stay when in Florence. Centrally located within 15-20 mins if walking. The rooms were maintained very clean. Liked that the mini fridge was stocked each day and everything was included. Will definitely stay there again.
