The Hotel is located walkable (or short train ride) from the main train station and 10 min walk from the city centre, very convenient. Staff is helpful and efficient. Free minibar (non alcoholic) and free welcome drink! Nice clean room. We really enjoyed staying in IQ Hotel!

The room was perfect. Very clean and they have a spa with jacuzzi and sauna! The staff was incredible! Elisa, Delia, and Mirko were delightful and so helpful! The location was amazing! Just a short walk to all the major attractions and exceptional restaurants! If I ever return to Florence, I know I have found a home!

Room was clean and spacious; loved the amenities and location (safe area - Im a runner and ran outside every day as a solo female and felt comfortable doing so early in the morning); ate breakfast at the hotel every day because it has so much variety and was so convenient for a fair price. Hotel front desk staff was so helpful in helping book taxis for us when needed (they helped my 80-year-old parents find an available doctor & book an appointment when my dad got sick on our trip) and they went out of their way to answer any questions we had. Highly, highly recommend.

This hotel is a 20 minutes to walk to the train. It is also in a very lonely and quiet. We didn’t feel safe going out when it’s dark and the big suprise is that the hotel looks nothing as shown in the picture
