The team were great, and Angelo was especially helpful. I loved the location, you can easily head out, explore, and walk back to the hotel within minutes to rest. As far as city-break hotels go, this was right up there. The hotel’s design is also excellent.

The rooftop was under construction and you heard hammering starting very early in the morning. There are no sheer blinds so if you opened the windows for light, people could see inside from the other building.

We had a wonderful stay during Christmas. Our flight was cancelled and we didn’t get in until the next morning but the staff was so accommodating and able to get us in our room right away. The room was lovely and even though we were there during a busy time, once the windows were closed, the room was pretty quiet. If we ever find ourselves in Florence again, we’ll definitely stay here.
