Nice location in a quiet neighborhood. Elevator in the hotel and shared balcony. No breakfast but nice caffe nearby.

This hotel was amazing! We were in a great part of Florence. The two women at the front desk were very helpful and called us taxi’s throughout the trip. They also were very welcoming as we came and went from the hotel.

Hotel Palazzo was stunning. I would definitely stay here again and I already can't wait to! The staff were so friendly and made you feel right at home. Everything was walking distance and the area was incredible!

Our two night stay at Horto Convento was very nice, from the friendly, helpful staff, to the comfortable bed, to the delicious breakfast. The property is located away from a busy street, in a lovely setting next to a church. If I had to note any issue at all, it would be the very narrow bathroom in our unit. There was a towel heater rack installed behind the door, so it could not be opened all the way, making it even more narrow. Not a big deal, just a design flaw. Overall, a very nice stay!

I used the bath and the soak was amazing. The pictures online do not do it justice.

Property was very well kept and very comfortable beds. It’s walking distance from most attractions.
