Friendly staff. Absolutely delicious breakfast with tons of choice. Lovely bar area. Best thing was it's proximity to the Ponte Vecchio and central position for the other tourist areas. The Ufitzi gallery is next door.

Lovely hotel situated right next to the uffizi and looking into the Arno. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options. There was some noise during the day from building work next door but staff were helpful and moved me to a different room. Highly recommend!

This property is the perfect location for touring the attractions in Florence and for walking along the streets exploring the city. The breakfast is the best we have ever seen at a hotel and the service was impeccable in all areas of the hotel. The only somewhat negative thing would be the elevator is a bit tricky but we used the stairs most times so not a huge issue for us. The view from the restaurant and bar was amazing. Our room easily accommodated the three adults and the bathroom is super huge and well done. We look forward to visiting this hotel on our second visit to Florence in the future.

A wonderful hotel in Florence.

We had an excellent stay: we will certainly return, and would recommend the hotel to anyone. It has a wonderful location, with beautiful views of the Arno and the Duomo. The breakfast was very good indeed, with lovely cereals, scrambled eggs, fruit and so on. The staff were charming and helpful. My one criticism would be that the shower was very tricky - the water was either icy or scaldingly hot. All in all, a special and delightful hotel!

The staff and accomodations were so fantastic! They addressed me by name during my stay and were so helpful when asked any questions, whether about the hotel, or ideas about Florence. The location could not have been more convenient !!!! Right on the river and steps from both the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi, and Galileo museums.

Truely lovely place to stay in Florence.

The hotel is an old monastery. There is a grace in staying here. The staff are wonderful. The breakfast room is a delight, frescoed ceilings and chandeliers. Good variety for breakfast. Tables overlook the Arno. The library on the second floor is beautiful, with portions of old frescos on the walls and it is full of leave-one take-one books. The rooms are spotlessly cleaned, beds comfortable, bathrooms updated. The fifth floor bar is a great spot to unwind after a day of walking and museums. It is an old building with a perfect location; it charmed us. It isn’t a modern hard lines and vacant spaces hotel. The rooms are comfortable, windows open to the alley. We just loved it and would stay here again and again.

The included breakfast was amazing. Was expecting a continental breakfast of coffee and rolls. They offered a full buffet of cereal, yougurt, a variety of fresh fruit, pastries, charcuterie, smoked salmon, choice of bread, eggs, bacon, sausages. Too many things to list down here. You are at risk of total loss of dietary discipline.

This property is within 15 minutes easy walk of most of Florence's attractions. 30 seconds from the Pont De Vecchio on Duomo side. Friendly and helpful. Were able to have our room ready a little early (around 1.30pm) which is not common in Europe.

The staff at the hotel was amazing (front desk, night manager, housekeeping director, breakfast staff) and the hotel was classic Florentine style. Although I didn’t get to enjoy the entirety of my prepaid stay at the hotel and Florence ( I injured myself on day 3 of my 15 day stay and left for the US on day 7), my stay was comfortable and all the staff helped me as needed. Beautiful roof top terrace. Nice location near the Uffizi. Great breakfast. Clean rooms.

Excellent hotel, in the centre of Florence, looks out over the river, & next to Ponte Vechio. Staff are superb, we were upgraded to a suite, which was excellent. Breakfast amazing, plenty of choices, we will definitely return to this wonderful hotel
