The room was well portioned for 1 person. The inital impression was the smell as you opened the door. The lack of air flow and what I could only describe a wet smell to the room. I left the courtyard door open all night without the air conditioner on to air it out. The bathroom was not a disabile friendly. The toilet is tucked in next to the door and you have to sit slightly sideways, otherwise you are touchingvthe wall. No hand rails and the floor is uneven. I did not use the shower recess due to this. The bed was comfortable but the courtyard light was on all night so unless you closed the CY door, even with block out curtains you did not get full darkness. TV was well positioned and plenty of storage and amenities for tea and coffee. Expensive grocer 3 doors up for snacks.

It was a convenient location for us to walk and visit family in Erskineville. A diverse range of eateries, close to transport: private ablution facilities, fridge, air conditioning and a soundproof room made for a pleasant stay.
