Book Fairmont hotels

I lost 3 important books at the hotel I had my email on there computers so many people could access it when it usually close and delete I told front desk and the rep couldn’t help but say not many people use them and I didn’t get to check in even tho I payed

Everything was great

Property was clean from the outside and the inside but the real nightmare was in the room they gave us. They gave us a room where the floors weren’t mopped, had dog poop stains on the floor and smelled like dog piss the entire time we stayed there at room 317. Turns out they did a Mickey mouse cleaning on the room because when I lifted up the bed there was dog pissed underneath the queen mattress. the queen bed had dog hairs so bad that me and my family only used one of the beds cause we couldn’t take the smell of dog piss and hairs everywhere on the bed

We enjoy the complementary breakfast. You get a plate of hot food, as opposed to just cold cereal and bagels.

Comfortable and clean but the AC unit was loud. Needed earplugs AND noise cancelling headphones to sleep. Otherwise, nice property and conveniently located for my visit.

Shower there was amazing. Very comfortable bed.
