The misconseption

Very disappointing.The manager who was an older white man acted from the beginning to good for his customers.Stayed for 7 days and not one time did we get a knock for housekeeping.We got a kitchen,no pots,dishes utensils We got 1 complimentary bar of soap ,1 miniature shampoo conditioner for 4 people.Could not do laundry none would exchange money not even the hotel.No breakfast even coffee you had to pay for.Customer service was terrible.

They say the rooms have kitchen But sell you the pots and dishes Not even a coffe machine in the room They have one in lobby but sale the coffe They dont even.have ice machine for ice smh
