I stayed for 5 nights and received no service, clean or tidy up my bed was made with stained bedding and when i complained to the front desk 3 days in a row nothing was done. I kept getting promised that the next day the room will be cleaned only to come back and find rubbish on the floor and left over food from previous nights all still lying on the floor including towels that were put on the floor where we had spilled drinks. The bathroom was never cleaned and supplies never replenished. Breakfast options were extremely limited with no cooked breakfast until 7am on Saturday and Sunday. Extremely disappointed as the service did not match the price and although I have been staying at the marriott England for a long time never again will i set foot in a Marriott.

Pleasant stay just a comment as an older person just noting that that the grab bar is on the wrong side getting into the shower. It should be opposite the showerhead, not at the same end as the showerhead so I couldn’t use it

Beautiful clean rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s very comfortable. There isn’t much around here. I found an Albertsons and a Thai restaurant. The room price was good, but only non refundable option was offered. I’d stay here again if I need to come back. I didn’t eat the breakfast bcz I had to leave too early. Breakfast is 6-9 am and has hot elements as well as cereal and bagels, so I hear.
