The room Felt like home. It was warm, charming and very comfortable. The large space made the suitcases an ease to pack up and unpack as well. You wont regret choosing this location while in Edinburgh.

Lovely room, super location and setting and very clean. Two issues: taps were put on back to front in every outlet, so hot was cold and vice/versa. No reply from the WhatsApp number when I asked a question - not too helpful. Great room facilities and really clean.

This property is in an excellent location, just off princes street. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We were able to leave our bags prior to reception opening hours and check out which was brilliant. The room was lovely. The bed was very comfy and felt very fresh and clean. There was a fan in the room as well as a coffee machine toaster kettle. Can’t fault this place 👍

Lovely location, restaurants nearby. The sofa bed was a little too short for our 23 year old son. Appreciated holding our luggage in the morning when we arrived, and it was placed in our room for our arrival later in the evening.

Will definitely stay here again when we return to Dublin. Don’t forget to look at your check-in instructions. If it’s on the weekend, it’s a self check-in and self check out. So close to everything, we absolutely loved it!
