I didn’t use the bathroom until evening, and saw that the inside of the toilet bowl had a few “remnants” from the previous person that had the room before me. I also noticed a faint dirty shoe print on the floor in front of the shower. The location of the hotel is in a very old area with crumbling streets. I wondered how safe my vehicle would be in the lot over night, but it was ok. Everything else was alright, but because of the poor condition of the bathroom, I will not stay here again.

Adding a resort fee when none were usable (weather) is no fair. The room alarm clock kept going off at 6am even when it said OFF. You need to provide user instructions

Hard to find anything wrong with this place. Located on Park Point, right near the excitement of Canal Park, offers great views of the harbor and easy access to the nearby areas. Views of the lake are grand; I booked a room facing the city in hopes of capturing a photo but was able to with a short walk (there was obstructed views from the balcony.) That said, great facility, friendly staff, highly reccommended.

I’ve stayed here twice now for work. The staff is always so friendly and they have excellent amenities including a pool/hot tub, cocktail area, great breakfast, and this last time even a s’mores bar. The first time I stayed in a water view room and this time a city view room. My only complaint about this time vs the last time, is that the bed seemed very uncomfortable this time and I don’t remember that from the other time.

Okay for a stay

Its good for the most part. Some of the towels had holes and only replaced towels. They didn't make your bed or cleaned unless you request it. The room itself was clean when i arrived. The breakfast was good and the view was amazing. The staff was very friendly and went out of there way to help you. The good overshadows the bad and i enjoyed my stay.
