When selecting a hotel for a last-minute stay due to a flight delay, we selected this hotel because it appeared (due to pictures and description) to be very close to shopping and dining. It is NOT. It is walkable, but not through a very nice area. Also, you will pay €8 pp for shuttle service to/from the airport which is efficient and convenient. The room is a little cramped and hallways are dated with old carpeting, but we also didn’t pay top dollar for the stay. We did not take advantage of the on-site restaurant, but instead opted for the 15-minute walk to the restaurant area close to the marina. Staff was courteous and fully bilingual Italian/English.

The staff was amazing, especially Andrea. We arrived at the hotel pretty late, after a long day of traveling, I was in a pretty bad mood from a terrible flight and lack of sleep. But when we walked in door and Andrea greeted us with a warm smile, it felt like coming home, and instantly improved my mood. She did everything she could do ensure we were happy. If anyone from the Best Western Corporate Office reads this review, I hope you know you have a real winner in Andrea.
