Yacht The HouseBoat Mermaid/ Burj Khalifa View

The House Boat: Mermaid is 54 feet long with a capacity of 12-15 people. There are two decks, the first one is a studio room with a dining area and a kitchen. Also, there is a private room for resting. Shower room and bathroom are separated. All rooms have a Conditioner. The second deck has 360 degrees panorama, where our guest can enjoy dinner and an unforgettable view of the night Dubai from the Dubai New Water Canal.

Also, there is a TV, Sound system, Karaoke, Internet connection.

The House-Boat was built in the 2014 year. On the yachts, there are life jackets for all the guests with different sizes. There is a flammable system everywhere. The location is Marasi Marina, Business Bay. This area beginning with New Water Canal in Dubai, which was inaugurated on 9 November 2016. It comprises one shopping center, four hotels, 450 restaurants, luxury housing, walkways, and cycle paths.
