The hotel says 5 stars.. but at best a 3 star hotel. The staff is very nice other than 1 gentleman that told me there were no other rooms available at 1130pm and house cleaning could spray bug killer when I told him there were bugs in the beds and on the furniture. Again, okay hotel, but not 5 stars.

Good hotel but varied service

Good rooms but varied service. Second stay in a month and on both occasions the room key timed out every day which was inconvenient. Room cleaners need training for consistency in standards. Ensuring towels, toiletries, tea coffee provisions are as they should be. This was a daily issue.

Disappointing and NOT five stars

This hotel is supposedly five stars, but it barely makes it past three. It’s run down and disappointing. The tub is just behind the shower stall, but the towels are above the tub, so in order to grab your towel after you’ve showered you must climb over the tub, which makes it uncomfortable and even dangerous, especially if you’re short in stature. The breakfast is alright, but the coffee was particularly terrible. We would not choose this hotel again, especially when there are others in the atea area that are actually five stars.
