The staff at the property were very friendly and professional. Always greet with a smile and willing to go above and beyond. As our first time staying at the total the front desk , I hate it that I don’t remember her name she went above and beyond am upgraded our room this led us to extending our stay from two nights to 4 nights in total. Breakfast was delicious and presented nicely. I will stay at this property every time I visit Dubai. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant.

One of the best places that I ever stayed. Service is unmatched to any ever experienced. People are friendly and are ready to do pretty much within reason. Free limo ride to the mall and airport on the hotel limo was a perfect touch. I understand it may not be offered to everyone as they only have two or three cars, but we got lucky enough to get such an offer. Right as we arrived for our stay, the hotel was able to upgrade our room to Burj Khalifa view room at no extra charge. Concierge service was absolutely fantastic. They helped with reservations to restaurants and other activities. They did all with a smile and warm friendliness. Restaurants, lounges and bars were very good. Staff was very good and were there mostly every day of our stay. This way they were able to recognize us and be even more accommodating. We met Chefs and managers. We took photos for memories because of how excellent our overall experience was. We are already planning our next trip and we will definitely stay at Taj Dubai.

A huge and heartfelt thank you to the Taj Club lounge staff – Meghanath, Jaideep, Ahmed, Hardik, Suyash, and Shang – for making our experience truly outstanding. Not only was the service impeccable, but we also shared laughter, engaging conversation, and unforgettable moments over delicious food and cake. Your warmth and professionalism made us feel right at home. Pawan and Nazrul at the pool bar were also exceptional – offering attentive, friendly service while we relaxed poolside. You both helped create the perfect chill-out atmosphere. We had the pleasure of dining at Bombay Brasserie, Miss Tess, and Treehouse, sampling the taster menus at both Bombay Brasserie and Miss Tess. Every flavour was thoughtfully crafted, and the dishes complemented each other beautifully. Special thanks to Dechen at Miss Tess for her impeccable attention to detail – you were fantastic.
