As a Rover for over five years at Rove Downtown and Rove City Centre, I can say that everything was perfect as usual, except for the cleanliness of the room carpet, which was clearly not cleaned before my check in. It was disappointing to see a lot of brown stains and long hair on the carpet.

I sent my parents to stay in this hotel in Dubai for 5 days and I was really satisfied with their service. The staff was extremely respectful and nice towards them.
