Second visit & will return again

We would certainly return to this hotel, this was our 2nd visit! When you have travelled for 14 hours on a plane, then there’s the cab rides the airport etc etc - it is so wonderful to know that you will be arriving at such a wonderfully welcoming, clean, efficient hotel, where the service is outstanding . If you have a problem, it is sorted immediately plus. I cannot praise this hotel enough.

Second time I stayed at this property. It’s convenient for public transport, taxis are stand by from the hotel, Deira shopping area is within walking distance, breakfast or dinning option at the hotel. Majority of the rooms face the creek and beautiful view. Muhammad at the reception was exceptionally welcoming and courteous.

All was okay with us, except parking was a bit of challenge, vehicles are parked at main door of the hotel, blocking other vehicles from dropping guests to the main entrance door of the hotel, if this could be fixed a great place to stay while in Dubai
