Anna at the executive pool was excellent. The hotel wasn’t up to the usual standards I would expect of Dubai. The sheets for the bed were too small and every night they came off, the club room was the worst I have ever been to and we have been coming to Dubai for over 15years. The half board options have reduced each time we have been to the Jumeirah hotels and the chicken option in the hide for half board was so small it was ridiculous. The sofa bed in our room was grubby, one of the sinks didn’t work. This is the first time we have stayed in this hotel and would be the last. we have stayed in Al Qasr and Dar Al Masayf before and they were amazing. Maybe it’s more suited to families. The best part about the hotel was the executive pool and all the staff were amazing

This is my favourite holiday! I honestly loved, loved, LOVED it all! Service is brilliant, beautiful hotel and super friendly. Pool bars are so much fun. If I had a budget I’d definitely upgrade to Exec pool as it’s just a little more chilled, so highly recommended.
