The hotel is in middle of city and easy access to main city centre. Parking is easy in and out, a bit busy sometimes though. Breakfast is not lavish but good enough to keep you going till afternoon. Rooms are very clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Near from airport too.

Overall super nice stay except the pool should stay open until 9 pm. The hotel should have bus, train and taxi information for the customers. The shuttle pick up from and to airport is great. Breakfast was nice. The front door trip excursion kiosk needs a lot of improvement. The schedule person does not fully explain the trip necessities ex passport needed on some trips also dress code. Some of the drivers act like they don’t speak English. They don’t follow what is promised on the trip.

Employees friendly but too many other issues

I made a change and stayed here instead of my regular airport hotel. The shuttle service was punctual. Front desk was friendly and the beds were comfy but the shower did not work well as the showerhead water did not come out properly and hard to adjust temperature. Hairdryer was old with only low speed and not clean. Breakfast was not so great with runny scrambled eggs, one tea variety. There was some fresh fruit, cheese and pastries and bread. Not many staff around.
