The air conditioning made the room so cold that it was unpleasant and uncomfortable even after it was turned off unable to open a window to let warm air in checked out first thing. The staff seemed not to care it’s crazy to set aircon on full so that rooms freeze especially in winter in dubai when if anything you need to heat the room when it’s cool outside

The worst hotel I've ever been. Everything was awful, staff, amenities, room. The bathroom was a disaster. I couldn't shower in my entire stay. There wasn't any towel, iron, or other necessary equipments. Would never recommend to anyone else.

Generally if you don't want to sleep, this is the hotel for you. No possible to sleep because frames of windows are damaged. There is a gap inside and there is nothing to protect from the noise. The noise from the highway is so high that is no possible to sleep. 4 nights and no change of towels. I asked for it but no reaction. I also asked for an iron and guess what- i didn't get it. No toilet paper , when i asked for it, i got tissues. To go down you need calculate 20 minutes because elevators doesn't work properly. So this hotel is only for preppers not business.

The front desk staff very unprofessional, rude, and they looked like they had no idea what they are doing. Going up towards the room, the hallways were completely filthy, looked like they haven’t been cleaned…never? The room was the same, dirty, the sheets were stained and no towels in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. It’s a shame because the area is lovely.

I have stayed in some budget hotels but none as neglected as this one. On arrival, five staff were on reception but just ignored me until I eventually demanded service. I then arrived to my room to find no towel, hand soap or body wash or toilet paper, and was told these were provided on request only. Seriously? The room furniture is very tired, the carpet could do with vacuuming, and the bathroom was frankly disgusting. The elevators are also a joke. Really not good.

There were no towels. I called reception but no answer. So I went down to ask for some there were 6 people complaining about the horrendous service. I left the hotel as soon as it was daylight. it was filthy.

There were no towels, toilet papers nor teas. I had to ask for them. Asked for them to be brought after I was back in my room as I did not secure my valuables.when I got back to the room there were two dingy towels placed on bed despite me saying not to go into room without me being there. The check in was a disaster, very disorganized and no sense of priority based on who was there waiting first. The room itself was okay, the hallways smell musty and need airing out

The bathroom was always wet , my partner slipped and fell on the floor hurt his back, the communication with cleaners ask them things keep forgetting to bring asking them everyday for something not enough experience in their line of work , it stayed 24 hour room service they don’t have it anymore I was told a bar there isn’t one false statements bout property , and check in told me I don’t have a room I had tonesitb3 hours for a room , no apologies or refund or any consolation to it not good enough have stayed there before and wasn’t this bad

Worst Hotel

This is by far the worst hotel. You make a booking 2wks in advance and upon arriving at the hotel the staff say they are fully booked. Why do you accept bookings if you can't hold much of a capacity? Anyone wants to book this hotel be prepared for a rude shock.
