Dirty room, terrible condition of the bathroom and the hotel staff were the least to say unorganized and not helpful. I requested several times to change the room and they postponed my move 3 times with the explanation that the room that I was supposed to move was occupied by a new guest!

DON’T stay!

The check in was ok got “up graded” I would HATE to think what we would have had. The room was dirty the floor was not clean good thing they provide sleepers because you need it. Shower mouldy but the Worst part is that the bed has bedbugs. My husband has bites all over him. I would not recommend this hotel at all in my opinion

Everything dosnt live upto name Didn’t care about cleaning rooms Only 2 towels for 2 people When arrived puddle of water in bathroom could have slipped Microwave dirty upon arrival , had to ask for kettle and iron. Not in room didn’t replenish coffee etc soap containers toilet paper had to keep asking then never came, was refurbishing hotel aswell was like being on building site with drilling and banging noise coukdnt sleep

Did not have a good experience it was dirty and smelt was not able to have a shower it was broken, moved to another room next day toilet sink and shower water took ages to go down the drain, not clean and regretted booking this hotel left a day early.

I was on the 27th floor and I could hear a loud humming noise which at first thought that it was the Air-conditioning. But it turned out that the windows aren't sound proofed. They didn't have towels for me to have a shower on the first night. The 3rd night, power was cut off because the card that I had inserted on the doorway expired. I noticed this at 4am when I went to use the bathroom. I called reception and they wouldn't answer the phone at 4am, I called again and they eventually picked-up offering to send a technician which I rejected as I need to go to sleep. The lifts were stopping at random floors but no one was on the floor to get in. It was extremely annoying pressing the button for the doors to close so the lift to keep going. Even more annoying waiting for the lift to arrive. On the positive side, the hotel is right at the entrance of a Metro station which was convenient for me to go places. And there were a few restaurants and supermarkets near by.

Hotel at excellent location and great staff but room intererior needs attention and repairing. My room went throught recent renovation but they seem to letting guest in without completing the room renovation. My room has an excellent view but it was too noisy as windows were broken and you can hear wind and cars like you are on the street. Curtains were not installed properly and inner curtain were totally missing in the room. Also curtains were not covering the whole windows so light was coming in the day time. Also entrance was dusty and given sofa had paint spots and etc. With such lovely view, location and good staff if they fixed these small things I would love to stay here again and again.
