We really enjoyed our stay at the Dukes hotel, the staff couldn’t do enough for you and it is a good location on the edge of the palm. The breakfast spread was also really good. We would definitely return.

Great hotel , we’ve been here 3 times already and will certainly come back. The rooms are spacious, the pool is amazing. We love the breakfast buffet ! The staff is super friendly and helpful . There is a mall across the hotel with loads of shops and restaurants as well . The marina is only a short taxi ride away (or a 5km walk :-) )

We were initially shown to a dark, dingy room with a cot (we did not have a child with us) and only one bedside table. The carpet was stained and the bed was a mismatched double and single pushed together. We immediately raised with the night staff who were unhelpful and we had to stay in the room and were moved to another room the next day. Staff were attentive after that. The hotel does not meet 5 star standard in any way, Food in the main restaurant was just ok. Service and refreshments at the beach were better. No turn down service.

Very nice hotel

We stayed for 3 nights The room is big ! Include living room, bedroom and 2 toilets. Breakfast was great !! Outside pool amazing ! Few issue I had 1. The check in was delayed, I got the room only at 16 2. In the check in they tried to charge me for minibar that I didn’t took 3. I got from hotel 25% for food and beverage but it’s not including the pool area (and this was the main use )

Meget højt service niveau og fantastisk lokation

Fantastisk hotel. Lokation iht. byen er god, og med flot udsigt til en Dubai's mange skylines, fra pool området. Maden er lækker og specielt restaurant Khyper på 15. sal. kan anbefales. Også baren The Dukes er hyggelig at besøge. Overordnet meget høj service fra indtjekning til udtjekning. Vi kommer helt sikkert retur til The Dukes.

I liked the grand reception and the courteous staff. The convince of the hotel being in front of a mall. The variety of breakfast options is so vasts and of great quality. There is a spa and pool on site.
