It took to long to get the administration job done at desk front, very dirty and noisy room. We didn't get the room we booked. No toilet paper, we got it after we called the reception 5 times.

The location is perfect for shopping and near shops. The hotel is convenient to access and within business area. The staff are always ready to serve especially the housekeepers. I would recommend to anyone who like shopping and walking to the market centre and near the train station.

Room service was very good, however a cigarette was found inside of the room, the AC was leaking with water, the breakfast buffet service was very poor, as they were making rules as they were going on, bathroom was dirty. an email will be sent to this email of formal complaint.
