This is my first time to list my property and looking forward to welcoming guests to this beautiful apartment which is part of 5* hotel.

(Note: I would request all guests to send a message prior to booking so I can inform them regarding updated availability and sometimes there are special offers)

This apartment is in the ADDRESS Boulevard Hotel which is a 5 Star hotel situated in Downtown Dubai next to Dubai Mall / the Dubai Fountain and the tallest tower in the world, Burj Khalifa.

The space

Neat, clean and cozy with fresh soft bedding and linens, a fully-equipped kitchen and a balcony with a spectacular view is all you need to make your stay as comfortable as ever.

Complimentary high speed wifi and cable TV are also available.

Complimentary housekeeping is provided twice a week.

Access to all the facilities in the Hotel. You will have access to both the swimming pools in the property (kids pool and adult pool) along with Spa and access to gym (24/7) and all its restaurants bars.
