The location was perfect - clos to metro so we could go to the Expo with ease. Front desk staff were pleasant, friendly and welcoming. Ready to assist anytime we stopped by. The apartment was spotless and we were pleasantly surprised with daily housekeeping service. Definitely recommend an apartment for long stay.

Two Hotels in One

A great stay was had at the Adagio, which shares a coffee shop, pool and bar plus restaurant with the adjoined Novotel plus 4 lifts, it is also close to a Metro station, would book again.

Outstanding location near metro station. 30 min walk to beach. 20 min walk to Mall of the Emirates. Located on E11 toll road. Apartments about twice the size of other similar apartment hotels. Furnishings rather spartan, but entirely adequate. Full kitchen, but had to get own soap and dish towels. Daily service good, but showed up at varying times of day which added some unpredictability for working remotely from the apartment.

We enjoyed staying at the apartments and really liked the location being close to the supermarket and metro so it was easy to get to places w small children. The one negative was how cold the apartment was the first two nights (there are no heaters in Dubai to no surprise) and air was running prior to our arrival for air circulation when it was 69 outside. The place did warm up for the rest of our stay and we enjoyed it very much

Big apartments, very spacious. Kitchen not very well equipped but was very clean. Great to be able to use the Novotel facilities. Pool was cold as always in the shade. Good hotel if using as a base.
