Convenient location

first of all: for a 3-night stay, only 1 housekeeping done and that was before checking in. Don't tell me that's written in the T&C or fineprints, a 4/5-star hotel simply can't say that. The coffee mugs were stained, there was a towel left by previous occupant(s) in the bathroom, the floor near the kitchen was visibly dirty, the water pressure of the shower was too low and installed only for someone at 190cm or taller

Perfect location, friendly staff, beautiful room.

Excellent hotel in Melbourne's Docklands area. Our river deluxe room was spacious, and the bed and pillows made for the most comfortable bedding experience we've ever had, and we travel extensively. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay at other 1 Hotels in the future.

The hotel is in an excellent location and has a nice feel and atmosphere. No complaints, everything is good.
