Hotel is in a great location. The hotel restaurant was being renovated, but it seems the rooms were recently renovated and were very clean. Staff was very friendly. I would stay there again.

Nice looking rooms, comfy bed, Keurig, but not great pillows. Strangely shallow sink. The worst part was how poorly the loft rooms were insulated for noice. We weren't warned that a massive Derby party was happening in the entire hotel, and the room next to ours stayed up shouting at the top of their lungs until 11:30. We had paid to upgrade to a loft for the high floor, but you could see that the lofted ceiling allowed a crack for noise between rooms. At 9:30 the next morning we tried to check out, but the desk wasn't staffed by anyone who could work the computers. Weird! Would not recommend.

The hotel and our room was so clean and smelled so fresh. Everyone was so nice and polite. It didn’t matter who we spoke to everyone was so friendly. Always saying good morning and have a good day.

We were very disappointed with our stay at Natura Treescape Resort. We rented a cabin that was supposed to accommodate 6 people, yet we were still charged an extra $20 per person per day for the two people over the standard four person, which felt excessive and misleading. The cabin next to us had people smoking weed the entire stay, and the smell completely filled our cabin and the surrounding area. We asked to be moved to a different cabin, but the resort would not accommodate us. Housekeeping was also extremely poor. During our 3-night stay, nobody picked up dirty towels or emptied our trash. The bathhouse was dirty, and the towels provided were tiny, rough, and low quality. Overall, the experience did not match the price we paid, and customer service was disappointing. We would not stay here again.
