The overnight staff great. The attitude of the evening staff needs improvement. Just know the owner is purely black and white and strictly about money. You can be that way when your rate undercut other hotels in the area.

The hall and our rooms stunk of cigarette smoke. We had to leave and book another hotel. The management would only refund 1 of our 2 booked nights, so we lost almost $300.

Bedspread had burn marks (non-smoking room). Bedsheets had stains. Chair in room had discoloration and stained cushion. General unclean feeling. Finally, super-thin walls; could easily hear snoring and conversations from adjacent rooms.

the dial on the AC unit is broken so only had one setting. bed AND pillows are rock solid. dresser had been basically taken apart. missing 75% of the drawers. there was an open bar of soap and shampoo in the shower and mold in the caulk lining by the tub spout.
