Grand Traverse County Ski Resorts

Breakfast could be improved imo. Coffee tasted like burnt Starbucks. Only hot item was waffles. What happened to the Jimmy Dean hot sandwiches? We need protein! Not carbs! Everything was wonderful, one other minor complaint was because the wind was so brisk, I had a constant 'howling' sound in my room due to the security door to the hallway and wind coming thru the balcony doors creating a wind tunnel? I like to listen to the water/waves. I found closing the doors to the balcony worked, but then I couldnt hear the water. Last thing I would request, is better pillows. One pillow was too flat and two pillows was too much!

I am grateful to Expedia & staff that a mistaken duplicate billing was rectified. Blossom showed unfailing customer service in erasing the error and making our stay worry free. We got great touring tips from the lady who runs the excellent lobby breakfast.

Nice resort. Good location. Stayed for only one night. Room was clean and in good condition. The staff were friendly. A common theme from the many reviews is that the free breakfast to go was nothing to write home about and I totally agree with that. You would think that for the good money you paid for a room the hotel management would either provide a much better free buffet or just eliminate it and have a restaurant that offers a paid breakfast. Other than that, it was not a deal breaker and I would return if I ever come back to Traverse City.

Place is in great need of upgrades/renovation. Exhaust fan didnt work in the bathroom. No hooks for towels. Desk chair was cracked and in horrible shape. The location is great but it needs lots of tlc

MY STAY WAS WONDERFUL NICE CLEAN ROOM COMFORTABLE BED EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT I WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN.

Simply put, awesome place for the weekend. Full kitchen and laundry. You’re basically in a 1 bedroom apartment. There are a couple grocery stores close by. The location is a block away from the shopping district. All in all, fantastic place to stay.
